Tadi dok borak dgn An, sian dia berat bdn dia naik 2kg, x pe An, cuba dan cuba lagi,hehehehe, sapa yg x risau weiii klu badan naik, bukan senang nk turun, naik mmg le cepat, kdg2 tu kawal makan, kawal minum, tp klu dh nak naik jgk, naik le dia kan...
So Lin mlm ni nak kongsi menu diet Lin, setelah selama 1bln dn dh 4 paket Lin minum quaker oat, berat bdn Lin turun 2kg, x caya? korang cuba le sendri, eh badan aku, aku punye suke ler...
Ikut masing2 le cara berdiet, tp jgn overdiet lak, kang terlebih sudah, ssh badan sendri je kan.
Pg, ptg, mlm Lin minum itu quaker oat, tp makan tetap makan, cuma makan banyak tp dlm kuantiti sikit, agk2 perut lapaq lg, Lin selalu makan itu biskut Jacob, sodap tu, senang, simple je kan, x yah ssh2 korang nk pose2 tu....tp kena le amalkan jgk minuman kesihatan, takar ni Lin munum HL tu, tp dok selang seli le, mahaal le, jimat sikit..hehehehehe
P/S: Amalkan amalan diet yg sihat, kang klu sakit, haa baru nye terus x leh makan...
dulu masa dok kl dulu.. selalu je pergi gym... senaman, main angkat2 besi... badan pun ok je..
ReplyDeletesekarang bila dah balik duduk dgn mak... makan pun dah org tolong masak, sedap pulak... dlam masa 1/2 tahun je dah naik 5 kilo.... huwaaaaaaaaa.... nak pergi gym jauh sgt. huhuhu.... tapi tak pe, masih ensem lagi walaupun perut dah makin kembang hahahahahah...
bulan pose sahur ngan oatmeal je selalu
