THURSDAY AROUND THE WORLD BUFFET DINNER AT AMAYA FOOD GALLERY | Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Johor Bahru has come up with new buffet dinner promotion until end of October this year (2019).

The buffet dinners are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

On Thursdays the Around The World Buffet Dinner. Executive Chef Andy Oh and his talented chef's have combed the kitchens of Asia and the Mediteranean countries to bring the best of cuisines from around the world.

A super feast not to be missed!

Around The World Buffet Dinner is at RM 88nett. Senior citizens aged 60 & aboved and kids from 6 to 12 years ols get 50% off the price of the buffet.

Freast your eyes on the carving station that serves Slow Roasted Grass Fed Beef Strip Loin with Herb Crusted Crumbs, Roasted Root of Vegetables with Peppercorn Gravy, Au Jus and Condiments.

For the hot section, you will love the taste of Hainanese Chicken Roce, Spanish Seafood Paella, Turkish Beef Moussaka, Phad Thai Goong, Szechuan Boiled Fish, Italian Osso Buco, Aloo Gobi, Lala Masal Lemak Chili Padi, Penang Char Kuey Teow and Korean Chee Fries Rice .

For soups, the Cream of Leek and Potato Soup and the Indonesian Oxtail Soup are absolutely delicious.

There is also a fresh bread section, assorted crackers, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Thai Fish Cakes, Deep Golden Chicken Bun Served with Chili Sauce and Condiments.

At the Live station, you can try the Thai Green Papaya Salad (Som Tam) made of shredded green papaya, chili padi, dried shrimps, long beans, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, cashew nuts and Thai Fish Sauce.

If you are craving for seafood, then you will not miss the Seafood on ice station which consists of Fresh Tiger Prawns, Mussels and Flower Clams served with Thai Chili Sauce, Coctail Sauce and Hot Sauce.

Next, walk over to the appetiser corner which has Assorted Local Pickles, Italian Antipasto, Classic Greek Salad and Malay Tumeric Fish Fillet with Achar.

And there is also have a fresh salad bar of greens accompanied by variety of sauce.

Check out the variety of pasta accompanied by Mushroom Ham Cream Sauce and Tomato Vegetables Sauce, Parmesan Cheese and Chili Flakes.

For desserts include Apam Balik, Warm Apple Crumble, Bubur Cha Cha, Tiramisu, Kuih Muih and French Pastries.

Amaya Food Gallery has a special kid's corner where they can play and enjoy their own little buffet of Breaded Fish Fingers, Tempura Chicken Nuggets and Cheesy Potato Wedges.

If you like noodles, check out the Penang Hokkien Noodle Prawn Noodle Soup with fresh prawns, fish cakes, hard boiled cakes, water spinach, bean sprouts, chili paste and fried shallots.
