What can we do about it?
Reduce food waste by practising good eating habits and encouraging our friends and family to do the same.
- Take only what you can finish
- Take a smaller portion if you intend to eat less
Ada faham? Suka makan tapi jangan membazir. Bukan ke membazir itu amalan syaitan. Nak jadi syaitan ke? So makan kena habis yaa...hehehehe..
Okay, jom bersiap, Sis ko nak pergi makan-makan dan makan hari ini hehehehe tapi alhamdulilah masih lagi 'cut sugar' ...phewww...
