MasterChef Lim and his team from Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant has come up with a special set menu on the eve of Chinese New Year on 24 January 2020 and also a three-set menus available from the first day of Chinese New Year on 25 January till 8 February 2020.
The menus are all suitable for family reunions or gatherings with friends with dishes full of symbolic expressions of good fortune, prosperity, happiness, wealth and abundance for Chinese New Year.
In the menu for the Chinese New Year Eve Reunion Set Menu on 24 January 2020 is Qing Palace Special 'Yee Sang' with Salmon, Qing Palace Special 'Peng Cai' or 'Poon Choi' (braised premium assorted hot dish served in a clayport).

Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant is also offering three (3) special 8-course set menus for lunch and dinner from 25 January to 8 February 2020.

Items on the menu include Qing Palace's Special Died Seafood Yee Sang, Steamed Cod Fish Fish, Fresh Scallops with Vegetables and Egg White and more.
Any Chinese New Year lunch or dinner on the set menus at Qing Palace would begin with Yee Sang and end with Longan with Jelly Beancurd, Chilled Pineapple with Sea Coconut or the signature Honey Dew with Sago.
MasterChef Lim has also prepared four (4) varieties of Yee Sang - Salmon Yee Sang, Royal Abalone Yee Sang, Dried Seafood Yee Sang and Smoked Duck Yee Sang.
The Qing Palace Prosperity Yee Sang is also available for dining or takeaway from now till 19 February 2019.

Salmon Yee Sang (RM68+ for small size and RM128+ for large size),
Royal Abalone Yee Sang (RM68+ for small size and RM128+ for large size),
Dried Seafood Yee Sang (RM78+ for small size and RM138+ for large size) or
Smoked Duck Yee Sang (RM78+for small size and RM138+ for large size)
All dishes at Qing Palace are pork-free and alcohol free.
All prices stated above are subject to 6% service tax.
There will be lion and dragon dance performance at the hotel on 27 January 2020 (third day of Chinese New Year) from 10.30am.
