THE ROYAL CANIN CLUB APP LAUNCHES EXCITING NEW FEATURES FOR BETTER PET CARE | The ‘Royal Canin Club’ app, your mobile guide to pet care – now with exciting, new features! Royal Canin Malaysia empowers pet owners in creating a better world for cats and dogs.
Royal Canin Malaysia launched the ‘Royal Canin Club’ app in August 2020, to the delight of many pet owners throughout Malaysia. Today, Royal Canin is proud to announce brand new special and enhanced features to the app which includes a home delivery feature for its exclusive gift set as well as more attractive rewards to be redeemed at even lower points.
The Royal Canin Club is designed to educate and guide pet owners in Malaysia about the best practices of pet care through informative and engaging content on topics like diet and nutrition, digestive health, neonatal to ageing care, skin and coat care, pet training and behaviours, and their general wellbeing. It aims to empower pet owners to make informed choices for their pets from every aspect of their development.
The two new features introduced include a free gift set home delivery feature where Royal Canin will personally deliver the gift set - exclusive to members of the app - to their respective doorsteps for them to enjoy. This is in line with the current Conditional Movement Control Order where Malaysians are advised to stay safe at home.
Royal Canin is also launching their reward campaign by enabling customers to redeem great rewards at ower points, ushering in the festive year-end season. Attractive rewards include Royal Canin merchandise such as canned and wet pouch food products for dogs and cats to name a few.
“Owning a pet in Malaysia is widely popular and most of us either grew up with a pet or grew up wanting one. However, not all pet owners are properly equipped with the right education on pet care. The Royal Canin Club app aims to solve this problem and create a better world for cats and dogs as well as their owners. We’re very excited to announce these new features that will - no doubt add value to the user experience of Royal Canin Club as a whole,” said Dmitriy Sokolov, Market Head of Royal Canin Malaysia.
As Malaysians are spending more time at home due to the ongoing pandemic, pets have been a great companion to help pet owners cope with the uncertainties. This app comes at a good time to help and empower pet owners to learn more about their furry friends.
“Pets have their own genetic dispositions based on the breed, which makes them more prone to certain health conditions. That is why it is important to learn about your pets and understand what are the aspects of their health that would require special attention. Our app will share tailored content with our pet owners to match the breed and special requirements of their furry friends so that owners can make better and informed choices for their pets,” Dmitriy added.
Looking ahead, Royal Canin will continue to bring value through Royal Canin Club and here’s some of the features users can look forward to in 2021 among others: point on purchase feature, Royal Canin Club’s launch in vet clinics and friend referrals to claim more points.
