HARD ROCK HOTEL® DESARU COAST CONTINUES ITS COMMITMENT TO CAMPAIGN FOR PINKTOBER® MONTH | Hard Rock Honors the Month with Fundraising Events Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and Research. Hard Rock International continues its annual campaign for PINKTOBER® as the brand comes together once again to support breast cancer awareness and research with limited-edition merchandise, food and beverage menu items, Rock Spa® treatments, and local events. 

Throughout the month of October, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast will be participating in the campaign through fundraising efforts supporting the Hard Rock Heals Foundation®, the charitable arm of Hard Rock®, with proceeds benefiting the Breast Cancer Support Group Johor Bahru and its efforts to provide affordable silicone breast prosthesis to breast cancer patients and survivors. 

Hard Rock continues to live out its mottos of “Love All – Serve All” and “Take Time To Be Kind” with its steadfast support throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with the goal of lending a hand to the people and communities that need it most.

PINKTOBER Room Stay Pledge

Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast has pledged to donate RM2 for every room booked at the resort for the month of October 2022. For bookings, please email reservations@hrhdesaru.com.

Find Your Fight Song - Sound of Your Stay® Pink Fender Guitar Music enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that the resort is offering an exclusive pink Fender guitar to ‘play pink’ during PINKTOBER month. While the Sound of Your Stay® is a complimentary in-room music amenity at Hard Rock Hotels, the resort will collect a non- refundable deposit of RM100 for each request of this pink Fender as a minimum donation.

The proceeds will be channeled to the Breast Cancer Support Group Johor Bahru. Guests are also welcome to donate a higher amount at their own discretion to support the cause.

Limited-Edition PINKTOBER Merchandise

This year, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast will be showcasing two uniquely designed PINKTOBER merchandise – the PINKTOBER Cap and PINKTOBER Pin. The PINKTOBER Cap is beautifully designed with vivid hues of white and brightly colored pink ribbon. The glittering PINKTOBER Pin is shaped as a guitar surrounded by stained glass butterflies, to inspire hope and strength in breast cancer survivors and their loved ones. Reset and retune with pampering spa experiences such as “Rose Scrub & Serenity Massage”, a 1.5-hour session that includes an exfoliating body scrub and full body massage. PINKTOBER Takes the Stage – A Virtual Awareness Talk

On October 20, 2022, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast will partner with Breast Cancer Support Group Johor Bahru to organize its second virtual breast cancer awareness table talk show. The session will be hosted on Facebook Live from 4.30pm to 5.45pm, with guest speakers from various fields including medical professionals, nutritionists and breast cancer survivors.
