LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has once again made hisss-tory! As the Lunar New Year festivities wind down to a close, the region’s ultimate family holiday destination has successfully completed the “World’s Longest LEGO® Snake”, earning the official award from the Malaysia Book of Records and breaking its own record from 2013.
Stretching an astounding 338 meters in length, the LEGO Snake was a true community-driven effort. Designed by Merlin Magic Making (MMM) and brought to life at LEGOLAND Malaysia, the build began with key sections including a sturdy tree trunk, intricate snake head, and the initial body segments all crafted by a dedicated team of Model Builders from MMM alongside LEGOLAND Malaysia’s very first Master Model Builder.
Over the span of a month, more than 5,000 LEGO fans and guests of all ages added their own personal touch to the epic build, bringing the serpent to its full, majestic form.
Constructed from over 1 million LEGO bricks in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colours, the dazzling LEGO Snake now coils majestically around the park’s Beginning Area, offering visitors a vibrant welcome.
The World’s Longest LEGO Snake will be on display at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort until 4th March, so be sure to seize your chance to check out this spectacular serpent! Visitors can also enjoy LEGOLAND Malaysia’s Lunar New Year celebrations until 23rd February, featuring amazing daily live performances, Ninja-tastic adventures, and even more LEGO fun.
